Join Sherry, Saturday April 3rd from 7:30pm-9:30pm at Yogis Anonymous in Santa Monica. Feel and understand how each movement, whether in an asana, or while putting your dishes away, becomes part of your ‘fabric’. Learn how malleable that fabric is, ways to softly remodel, and become more sturdy from the inside out. We will explore how we sit, stand, the center from which we balance, and the lines of movement in asana that not only stabilize the spine, but create the dignity and grace inside us that calls us back t our mats again, and again. Minimal yoga experience is helpful, and this class is wonderful for those with any sort of spine or back issues, and for teachers who would like to work more deeply with students to prevent or help heal similar issues.
